Allied Reliability Group Expands Electrical Testing Capabilities by Acquiring Keynect, LLC.
Allied Reliability Group, LLC (“Allied”), a provider of reliability and maintenance services, has acquired Keynect, LLC (“Keynect”), headquartered in Kennesaw, GA. Keynect provides electrical testing that includes arc flash risk assessment, electrical safety program design, grounding and lightning protection surveys, and infrared thermography in its service offering.
– The addition of Keynect, together with our 2014 acquisition of Thermotest, Inc., greatly strengthens our presence in the electrical testing and services field and further expands our geographic footprint, said John Langhorne, Allied’s CEO.

The transaction represents Allied’s second strategic acquisition since Pfingsten became the majority shareholder in August 2013 and is part of Pfingsten’s strategy to create an industry-leading provider of reliability and maintenance services.
