System monitors any type of rotating machine and some electrical facilities. It also allows controlling the operating of valves and drain valves, detecting leaks on gas fluid networks, etc. Its many applications correspond to the broad range offered by ultrasonic technology, but also to those provided by other technologies like vibration analysis, temperature measurement or rotation speed measurement. The SDT Online4US-ACM system allows coupling many standard interface sensors. Measurements are performed continuously and simultaneously on all connected sensors.
The SDT Online4US system is a modular and upgradeable platform. It can process and measure, in real time, the signals originating from 2 to 32 ultrasonic sensors. Sensors can be either airborne sensors, airtight if required, or contact sensors. The system manages digital inputs and outputs (start of measurement cycle, presence of pressure, OK part, NOK part, etc.). The system includes an RS232/485 connection and an Ethernet connection (transfer of timestamped measurements per measurement channel).
By combining or adding required modules, the user can set up a customized control system that meets his/her requirements and production rates. The SDT Online4US system can be easily integrated, either on a semi-automatic manual test bench, or directly in a production line for automated tightness testing.
